A nostalgic campfire treat gets a gourmet glow-up. Our S’mores Jar layers Rich Chocolate Mousse, Toasted Marshmallow, and Buttery Graham Cracker Cookie Crumble in a single-serve jar. It’s comfort food with an elegant twist.

Tropical Fruit Tart – $13
Island flavors shine in this vibrant tart. A base of Vanilla Crèmeux and Mango-Pineapple Compote meets a Fluffy Lilikoi Mousse, all topped with a Silky Mango Veil. Bright, balanced, and beautifully tropical.

Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding – $35
Warm, indulgent, and made to share. Our Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding features layers of Bread Baked in a Silky Custard, folded with Premium Chocolate Chips, and served with our Housemade Kona Coffee Anglaise. A decadent crowd-pleaser.

Our July Bakeshop Specials are available for a limited time—from July 1st through August 31st. All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance and are available for pickup exclusively at Hy’s Steakhouse. We kindly thank you for no substitutions.
