In celebration of Mahalo Fest, Quiora is proud to present an exclusive collaboration with Nikka Whisky — a thoughtfully curated pairing menu honoring craftsmanship, heritage, and flavor.

This multi-course experience begins with a refreshing welcome cocktail inspired by the love story of Nikka founder Masataka Taketsuru and his wife, Rita, and continues through a progression of dishes paired with Nikka’s celebrated spirits — from botanical gin expressions to rare Japanese whiskies.

A deeply personal collaboration, this menu celebrates one of Chef Jared’s favorite distilleries.
