FRESH PASTA KIT
MIXED GREENS SALAD
Empty bag of greens, watermelon radishes, candy cane beets, Kamuela cucumbers, and Ho Farms tomatoes into mixing bowl.
Season with salt to taste and add croutons.
Shake the red wine vinaigrette and drizzle over salad, as desired. Gently toss salad and plate in bowls with lettuce first then croutons and vegetables. Garnish with pecorino cheese and salt, as desired.
FRESH PASTA & GARLIC BREAD
Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Place meatballs in microwave for 1-2 minutes, set aside. Salt water to taste and boil noodles for 3-4 minutes until al dente. Strain noodles into colander.
At the same time, preheat the oven for 30 minutes on broil setting and place garlic bread under broiler for 3-4 minutes.
On medium heat, bring sauce to a simmer in sauté pan and add meatballs. Add noodles to sauce, heat thoroughly. Garnish with toasted breadcrumbs. Finished with pecorino cheese and season with salt and pepper, as desired. Plate and enjoy.
